秋上がりを楽しむ会
【jam】のコニシです。
私の人生を広げてくれたものの一つに「日本酒」があるんですけど、
皆さんはお酒、飲まれますか？
私は決して強いわけじゃないけど、幸せなんですねぇ、
やっぱり日本酒をいただくと（笑）
今日、扇町にある渡辺酒店さんの
「秋上がりを楽しむ会」に行ってきました。
“秋上がり”とは、
春先に出来たお酒をいったん寝かせ、熟成させてから出荷する日本酒の事。
人間と一緒で、時間を重ねた分だけ“ひとクセ”あるヤツも多く、
こうきましたか…と意表をつかれるのも楽しみの一つです。
と、前置きはさておき、
今日は酒屋さんの裏のガレージが会場に早変わり。
昼過ぎから２０人くらいの人たちと湯豆腐をつつきながら美酒を楽しみました。
不思議なもんで、初対面の人ばかりなのに、お酒を飲めばみんな仲間（笑）
高知出身の若い料理人さんにおいしい出し巻の作り方を教えてもらったり、
（お礼に高松で１番星がキレイに見える場所を教えてあげました）
一緒にお酒の味比べしたおじさん、そういや名前も知らなかったなぁ（笑）
お酒の席では、ホントにいろんな人からいろんなことを教わります。
１０人いれば１０通りの人生があるように、みんな違ってみんな面白い。
昔はこうやって酒屋さんの片隅でご近所さんが気軽にやれる「角打ち」が、
高松にもあったそうなんですけど、今はなくなっちゃいましたねぇ。
【jam】もこういう身近な大人の社交場になったらいいなぁと
ほろ酔い気分の帰り道に、ふと思いました。
（この日は十数種類のこだわり日本酒がずらり）
（徳島の旭若松をお燗で。濃厚なのでおでんがぴったり！）
